Step 2
Add water and leave to dissolve
Step 3

Bonus tip
Add lemon or honey to flavour

The best time to consume Shilajit is in the morning on an empty stomach for optimised absorption levels.
If you are new to Shilajit, you may find it easier to consume Shilajit with food to start with.
We recommend consuming Shilajit once a day (500mg).
That's all it takes to start enjoying the amazing benefits.
It's amazing how so little does so much
Each jar contains 30 servings

You can combine shilajit with all other the herbs we offer.
It's best to combine lions mane, ashwagandha, blue tea and brahmi in the same cup of ta with a little honey.
Consume each at the daily recommended amount.

🔹 1. With Warm Water or Milk
: Mix a pea-sized amount (usually resin or powder) into warm water or warm milk.
: Especially popular in Ayurvedic tradition — milk enhances absorption and balances its earthy taste.
🔹 2. In Smoothies
: Add the resin or powder to your morning smoothie or protein shake.
: Masks the taste and blends well with fruits or nut butters.
🔹 3. As a Sublingual Dose
: Let the resin dissolve under your tongue.
: Fast absorption straight into the bloodstream — great for energy boosts or pre-workout.
🔹 4. Mixed with Honey or Ghee
: Blend a small amount with raw honey or ghee and consume directly.
: In Ayurveda, combining it with these carriers boosts vitality and supports digestion.
🔹 5. Capsules or Tablets
: Take as directed on supplement packaging.
: Easiest option if you’re not into the taste or want consistent doses.
🔹 6. Applied Topically (less common)
: Mix a bit of purified shilajit with water or oil and apply to skin.
: Used in traditional remedies for wounds, eczema, or joint pain (though this isn’t backed by as much modern science).

PURE SHILAJIT
FAQS
What is the difference between Pure and Ultra Pure Shilajit?

What is the difference between Pure and Ultra Pure Shilajit?
The key difference between the Shilajit is that the ultra pure shilajit is sourced from 17,000ft in the Himalayas, the highest altitudes in the world and is extremely dangerous and is then sun dried for up to 120 days. This makes it extremely rare and therefore we only have a limited supply available.
The standard shilajit, is sourced from 10,000 ft, sun dried up to 10 days, no additives and is also pure and organic. The other difference is the dose, the ultra pure shilajit has a daily recommended dose of 0.2g so lasts 75 days, whereas the standard shilajit has a daily recommended dose of 0.5g and lasts 30 days.
