Key Benefits
A simple daily cup of astragalus tea: a traditional root that supports the body’s natural defences*.
Step 1
Add 4g of astragalus root (about 4 slices) to a mug
Step 2
Add hot water and leave to brew for 15 minutes
Step 3
Drink and enjoy once a day
There’s no best time to drink astragalus tea. The best practice is to be consistent and have it at the same time each day.
We recommend 4g once a day, for 3 weeks followed by a 1 week break. Do not exceed 4g a day.
You can combine astragalus with any of the other herbs we offer.
Astragalus pairs well with black seed oil and licorice root.
Take each at its recommended daily amount.
