How to Prepare
Adult Kit
Licorice Root: Steep 4g in 1 cup of hot water for 15 minutes. Take for 2 weeks, then take a 2 week break before resuming.
Astragalus: Steep 6g of root in hot water for 15 minutes and drink as a tea.
Sea Moss: Follow the instructions here to make a gel, and take 2 teaspoons a day at the same time each day. You can also apply a thin layer of the gel to the skin, leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse off.
Milk Thistle: Add 2 teaspoons of seeds to a salad or smoothie bowl each day. You can also steep the seeds to make a tea.
Child Kit (ages 3+)
Sea Moss: Give ½ teaspoon of sea moss gel 3 times a week. You can also apply a thin layer of the gel to the skin, leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse off.
Milk Thistle: Grind 1 teaspoon of seeds into a juice or smoothie bowl each day.
Black Seed Oil (for use on the skin only): Mix 1 part black seed oil with 5 parts of a carrier oil such as coconut oil, and apply a small amount to the skin.
Before using sea moss gel or black seed oil on the skin for the first time, test a small amount on a small patch of skin and wait 24 hours. Do not apply to broken skin or near the eyes, and stop if irritation occurs.

After a month of trying the products, I decided to leave a review from the bottom of my heart, which I hope many other women who have reached the same level of desperation as I did will see.
I am a woman, currently 29 years old, and I have been dealing with very large ovarian cysts and endometriosis since I was 14. At 23, I had my first surgery to remove the cysts, which left my ovaries only half their original size. After my second surgery, I was also left with only one fallopian tube. Each time, the cysts came back. I am trying to avoid surgery as much as I possibly can.

I am having all the ingredients that I bought as a tea every night since I have received the order. Very nice flavour and could feel all the herbs are natural. Feel less bloated after.
The shipment arrived on time and in very neat condition. I have been using it around a month, especially for my daughter’s stemming. Her stemming didn’t decrease yet ( too soon probably)but she used to be very picky and she eats things that used to make her gag!

I love my sea moss gel. After washing it, I soak it overnight with half a lemon. Next day I blitz it up with to some of the lemon juice and pour into a glass storage. I take a tablespoon everyday with my collagen shake. I’ve noticed my skin looks the best it’s ever been and my hair is in better condition.
