How to Prepare
Take 1 teaspoon of black seed oil just before your first meal of the day.
Brew 4g of licorice root in hot water for 15 minutes and drink 1 cup per day, cycling 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
Levels 2 and 3: follow the instructions to make your batch of sea moss gel, and take 1 tablespoon each day at any time.
Level 3: brew 4g of astragalus root (approximately 4 roots) in hot water for 15 minutes and drink 1 cup per day. It can be brewed in the same cup as the licorice root.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Safety Information
Do not use licorice root if you have high blood pressure, heart or kidney problems or low potassium levels, or if you take blood pressure medication, diuretics, corticosteroids or digoxin. Cycle licorice root, 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
Black seed oil may affect blood sugar and blood pressure. Speak to your doctor first if you take medication for diabetes or blood pressure, or blood-thinning medication, and stop taking it 2 weeks before planned surgery.
Sea moss is naturally high in iodine. Do not use it if you have a thyroid condition or take thyroid medication, unless your doctor advises it.
Do not use astragalus if you have an autoimmune condition, have had an organ transplant or take immune-suppressing medication or lithium.

After a month of trying the products, I decided to leave a review from the bottom of my heart, which I hope many other women who have reached the same level of desperation as I did will see.
I am a woman, currently 29 years old, and I have been dealing with very large ovarian cysts and endometriosis since I was 14. At 23, I had my first surgery to remove the cysts, which left my ovaries only half their original size. After my second surgery, I was also left with only one fallopian tube. Each time, the cysts came back. I am trying to avoid surgery as much as I possibly can.
Now, at 29, the hormonal changes in my body had completely exhausted me: headaches, leg pain, back pain, weakness, swelling, weight gain, stress, depression, menstrual bleeding that would last for 2–3 months at a time, and so on.

If I used to have to remove the hair from my legs every single day, now I only do it once every five days because, yes, my hair has started growing extremely, extremely slowly. This means that the products are genuinely affecting my hormones in an effective way.

I am having all the ingredients that I bought as a tea every night since I have received the order. Very nice flavour and could feel all the herbs are natural. Feel less bloated after.
The shipment arrived on time and in very neat condition. I have been using it around a month, especially for my daughter’s stemming. Her stemming didn’t decrease yet ( too soon probably)but she used to be very picky and she eats things that used to make her gag!

I love my sea moss gel. After washing it, I soak it overnight with half a lemon. Next day I blitz it up with to some of the lemon juice and pour into a glass storage. I take a tablespoon everyday with my collagen shake. I’ve noticed my skin looks the best it’s ever been and my hair is in better condition.
