Key Benefits
We combine three traditional botanicals in one simple daily routine: astragalus root, mullein leaf and black seed oil.
Astragalus supports the natural defences, mullein is soothing for the mouth and throat, and black seed oil has been treasured in traditional cooking for centuries.
Astragalus: Steep 6g of root in hot water for 15 minutes and drink as a tea. Take daily for 3 weeks, followed by a 1 week break.
Mullein: Brew 1 teaspoon of mullein leaf in a cup of hot water for 10 minutes. Strain well before drinking, as the fine leaf hairs can irritate the throat.
Black Seed Oil: Take 1 teaspoon a day. A top tip to avoid the taste: drop the oil under your tongue, take a sip of juice, swish it all around and swallow.
Astragalus and mullein can be brewed together in the same pot.
